Job summary

WSP NZ is seeking an IT graduate (or equivalent) to support a Senior Operational Specialist in day-to-day operations and ongoing maintenance. The role offers involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and active collaboration with stakeholders across projects.

Applicants should hold an IT/ electronics related degree and have about two years of experience in IT support or helpdesk. Some travel for instrumentation monitoring installations may be required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Information technology, information science, electronics, computer systems engineering or related field.
• Preferably minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk or similar; knowledge of electronics, sensors or embedded devices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Operational Specialist in day-to-day operations, maintenance and implementation.
• Provide strong stakeholder support with occasional travel for instrumentation monitoring installations.
