Job summary

DBP Service Corporation is seeking a data analyst with a background in statistics to organize and validate data for health research projects. The role involves generating statistical outputs for systematic reviews and collaborating with the team to ensure analysis aligns with research goals.

The candidate should have 1 year of data management or analytics experience in nutrition/health research, and be proficient in MS Office and statistical software. This position is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Biostatistics is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in data management or analytics in health research.
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, validate, and process data; generate outputs for unit projects incl. systematic reviews.
• Conduct statistical analyses, including meta-analyses, omics, and clinical trial data.
• Assess data quality, handle missing data, evaluate heterogeneity and publication bias.
• Collaborate with the research team to align analysis with objectives and provide guidance.
• Support manuscript, report, and presentation preparation by contributing statistical content.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Leader.

• Preferably with 1 year of experience in data management or analytics within nutrition and health research, public health, clinical trials, or epidemiological studies

• Proficient in MS Office programs and statistical packages

• Organize, validate, and process data; generate statistical outputs for various unit projects, including systematic reviews

• Conduct statistical analyses, including meta-analyses, omics, and clinical trial data

• Assess data quality, handle missing data, and evaluate heterogeneity and publication bias where applicable

• Collaborate with the research team to align analysis with research objectives and provide methodological/ statistical guidance

• Support the preparation of research manuscripts, reports, and presentations by contributing to statistical content and interpretation

• Perform other related tasks and other duties as assigned by the Project Leader
