Job summary

Lemcon PH in the Philippines is seeking an Electrical/Industrial Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in EVCS installation or electrical infrastructure to join our project teams across sites in Laguna and nearby areas. The role requires a 2–3 year background and willingness to travel.

You will perform site surveys, installation, testing and commissioning, and project turnover, with knowledge of SLDs, BOQs, JHA/JSAs, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (Electrical Eng NC II or Industrial Eng acceptable with relevant experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in EVCS installation or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, cables, grounding, conduits, and protection.
• Experience in site surveys, installation, testing and commissioning, and project turnover.
• Familiarity with SLDs, electrical plans, BOQs, JHA/JSAs, and as-built documentation.
• Knowledge of HSE, electrical, fire safety, and permitting requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
