Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Site Supervision
• Design and Technical Oversight. Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Stakeholder Coordination. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management
• Knowledgeable in estimating quantities, cost and time scales for materials and labor (QS Role)
• Production of as-built and shop drawings as when required
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management to support overall project goals and organizational objectives.

Qualification and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in English Communication
• Experienced in handling Commercial Interior Fit Out Project is a must. At least 2 years’ experience in project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• PRC Licensed Architect/Engineer is an advantage
• With COSH Certificate
• Availability to start immediately
