Job description

Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven Project Superintendent who will assist the Project Manager in overseeing the inter-phasing of structural works and direct field personnel to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, preferably a licensed Civil Engineer

• Must have at least (5) years of work experience in a similar capacity within the construction or infrastructure industry.

• Assists the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating the overall sequencing and inter-phasing of structural works.

• Leads and directs all field personnel to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards, original plans, and specifications.

• Must possess strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple trades and teams effectively.

• Must possess good communication skills as the role requires collaboration meeting with the client as well as project management and team members.
