Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation seeks an innovator and results-driven Planning Supervisor to track projects and ensure progress is reported regularly on site, delivering clear milestones for leadership. Based in the Manila area with assignment in Paranaque City, the role focuses on high-rise projects.

The ideal candidate is a licensed engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) with at least three years' experience on high-rise developments and proven scheduling skills using Primavera P6 or MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in ME, EE, or CE with a licensed professional.
• Experience on high-rise projects and managing personnel.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Support Department to collect data daily.
• Provide short-term milestones to department heads on site and subcontractors.
• Monitor day-to-day activity and work completion.
• Compile data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven Planning Supervisor who will track projects and ensure project accomplishments through regular progress reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with the Support Department in collecting data on daily basis.
• Provides short term milestone to department heads on job site & Sub-Contractor.
• Monitors day to day activity and work Completion
• Compiles data and prepares a weekly / monthly report.
• Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; licensed
• At least 3 years' experience in High Rise Projects, with experience in handling people.
• Knows how to use Prima Vera (P6) or MS Project
• Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City.
