Project Management

• Plan and manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise contractors, workers, and subcontractors, addressing any issues that arise.
• Verify that materials used on-site comply with quality requirements.

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Provide regular updates to the Engineering Head regarding project progress and challenges.
• Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders and resolve conflicts promptly.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure proper filing of permits, licenses, and compliance documents.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
