Job summary

MN Electro Industrial Supply and Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for complex engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.

You will conduct schedule analysis, monitor progress, forecast outcomes, and prepare reports to support timely project completion and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office; capable of schedule analysis, progress monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.

• Develop, monitor, update, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Provide schedule analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to support project execution and decision-making.

• Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Applications, Schedule Analysis, Progress Monitoring, Data Analysis, Report Preparation, Construction Planning and Project Controls.

Purpose of Job:

To develop, monitor, update, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely completion of projects. The Project Scheduler shall provide schedule analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to support effective project execution and decision-making.
