About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Portfolio/Program Manager to join Myridius (Formerly RCG Global Services) in Makati City, Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned Agile Delivery projects from initial concept through final implementation utilizing various project methodology/tools to deliver on established scope, function, quality, and schedule.

• Leading and directing larger, more complex initiatives, as well as providing direction to project staff assigned to projects. Manages project team size of 30 or more personnel across multiple departments and/or vendors

• Drives all aspects to ensure that assigned projects are implemented, accepted, and operating effectively

• Ensures project governance is established and observed.

• Manages communications regarding project management practices that create clear, concise scope and requirements in project functionality, resourcing, budgets, and scheduling

• Ability to effectively host and control meetings for productive outcomes

• Serves as a liaison and builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders to include sponsoring executives, and among different groups within and outside of technology and operations

• Provides concise and accurate project reporting

• Manages issues and risks well, such as creating and tracking resolution plans and escalating to appropriate levels in a timely manner.

• Ensures key business stakeholders on overall on-time project delivery.

• Manages overall project major milestone deliverables with technical and business stakeholders from planning, development, and execution, implementation, up to business readiness. Makes sure that all project issues are with resolution and all risks have realistic targets and plans for mitigation.

• Presents projects to Governance forums to facilitate resolutions on project key issues and risks, especially in areas of business readiness.

• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile Project Teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality.

• Deliver Agile Projects that provide exceptional business value to users.

• Manage several concurrent high-visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions.

What we're looking for

• Banking, Finance, or Payments industry experience

• System development life cycle with preference to Agile frameworks

• Change Management and Business Readiness

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, quick learner, professional, organized, and able to make quick assessments are a must.

• Exceptional knowledge and experience in various Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Knowledgeable in various Agile and Project Management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Clarity, JIRA, Version One, Mural, and Confluence
