Job summary

SmoothMoves Incorporation in Pasay City seeks a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with PRC license and Registered Master Plumber to lead MEPF supervision on high-rise projects. Requires at least 3 years in building construction, preferably hotels or commercial buildings.

You will supervise plumbing, mechanical, fire protection systems; read drawings; coordinate with civil and architectural teams; manage subcontractors and on-site activities while ensuring safety, quality, and schedules.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical course.
• PRC-Licensed Mechanical Engineer and Registered Master Plumber.
• At least 3 years of experience in building construction.
• Proven experience supervising plumbing, mechanical, fire protection and other MEPF works.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and coordination drawings.
• Supervising subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site activities.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and other MEPF works.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEPF teams.
• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and coordination drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site activities.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Maintain project schedules and report progress to management.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City and start ASAP.

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical course in mechanical and plumbing works.
• Preferably a PRC-Licensed Mechanical Engineer and Registered Master Plumber.

• Experienced in supervising subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site activities.
• Capable of conducting site inspections, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with civil, architectural, and other MEPF teams.
• Knowledgeable in testing and commissioning, quality control, and construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple site activities and meet project schedules.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City and available to start ASAP.
