Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for onsite day shift in the Philippines. The role requires leading IT projects end-to-end across the SDLC to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management, strong SDLC experience, and proven skills in risk control, stakeholder management, and delivery. Banking/financial services exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong track record delivering SDLC projects.
• Experience in risk, stakeholder, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end across the SDLC.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA, vendors, and teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.
• Ensure governance, quality standards and processes.
