Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the Revenue Organization. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, GTM, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to mobilize new products and business initiatives that drive revenue growth.

You will manage discovery to launch, engage executive leadership, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across multiple teams while supporting readiness and training activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Project Management, Payments, Healthcare, and Gateway products.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Manage project plans, timelines, KPIs, and implementation activities across multiple functions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, GTM, Pricing, Legal, Compliance and Finance.
• Support business readiness and mobilization activities including communications, training, and launch planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.

This aligns with the team's mission of driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives that support our Sales teams and revenue growth.
• Manage initiatives from discovery through launch, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
• Leading project discovery, requirements gathering, and scope definition
• Managing project plans, timelines, KPIs, and implementation activities
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings and executive status updates
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, GTM, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
• Supporting business readiness and mobilization activities including communications, training, compliance support, and launch planning
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
