Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead project execution from start to finish across the FDAS and Auxiliary Items sectors.

You will prepare schedules, monitor manpower and resources, supervise teams and contractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Electronics or Electrical Eng, and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong leadership, planning, risk management, and client

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC license as Electronics or Electrical engineer.
• 5 years of related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
