Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a background in electronics/engineering projects.

You will lead multiple FDAS and auxiliary-item projects, supervise teams, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure progress and compliance. This role requires a PRC license, 5 years of relevant experience in construction, strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be PRC licensed.
• 5 years related FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• Experience as Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch‑up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close‑out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
