Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Project Coordinator to implement Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth project delivery and Go Live readiness. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, present risks and milestones, and drive adherence to the 5D Methodology.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, customer implementation, or project management is a plus.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) for new and existing customers with additional requirements.
• Present tasks, issues, and risks to customers and internal teams before Go Live to minimize disputes.
• Prepare walk-through process flow orientations for customers and involved units post Go Live.
• Implement IOP and ensure use of the 5D Methodology for project management and implementation.
• Participate in commercial meetings and joint sales calls to ensure IOPs are followed and commitments met.

• Implement Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) for new customers as well as existing customers with additional requirements
• Ensure that tasks, issues, and risks are presented to customers, Commercial, Operations and other business units involved in the implementation projects before Go Live to eliminate or minimize any disputes
• Prepare walk-through process flow orientation to customers, Commercial, Operations and other business units involved in the implementation of IOP to eliminate or minimize any disputes after Go Live
• Implement IOP and ensure usage of the 5d Methodology for Customer Implementation for project management and implementation
• Proactively participate in commercial meetings and joint sales calls to ensure that IOPs are followed and within the commitments made to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, customer implementation, or project management is an advantage
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
