Compliant Business Processing Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee external client product demands, develop project plans, and ensure timely, on-budget implementations that meet client expectations.

The role involves training, sales and negotiation, and account tracking across multiple waves, with a focus on operational readiness and effective governance. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with CargoWise One is advantageous.
• Freight-forwarding/logistics experience is essential.
• Proficiency with new tools and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new accounts across multiple waves and manage both client and CBP staff through transitions.
• Manage cross-department project teams to ensure operational readiness of service launches.
• Design metrics and status reports to monitor progress against objectives and milestones.
• Evaluate and develop SOPs, training materials and other references.
• Train newly onboarded staff on freight forwarding fundamentals and email etiquette.
• Ensure overall project tracking, planning, coordination, and status reporting to stakeholders using effective communication channels.
• Assist in formulating service level targets with proper project governance, risk management and deliverables.
• Work with Client Manager to support execution and offshore transition of project plans.
