Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex financial services initiatives. You will define scope, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-stakeholder teams to ensure on‑time delivery and successful business outcomes.

You will plan and monitor work, document progress, and handle contracting activities while mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth handover to operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of full‑time project management experience, directly managing a team, in financial services.
• Familiar with multiple project mgmt frameworks (Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified.
• Experience in managing at least 2 large projects (>1 year, >30 people, > USD 5M).
• Knowledge of WBS development, risk, issue, and dependency management.

Job description

• Identify project goals, needs, and scope
• Facilitate the business case creation and contracting activities
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project
• Ensure that all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly
• Manage all resources necessary for project execution
• Manage and track project budget
• Foster effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status
• Responsible for foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks
• Document each step of the process using various project management tools
• Prioritize change requests, execute impact assessment, able to make decisions to accept or reject changes, and communicate clearly the decision to different stakeholders
• Ensure proper project handover to operations
• Ensure that stakeholders and team members stay motivated throughout a project’s lifecycle, ensuring top-quality results and on‑time completion of project deliverables

Qualifications:

• Between 5 and 15 years of experience as full‑time project manager (directly managing the team) in financial services
• Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified
• Demonstrated experience in managing minimally 2 large projects (> 1year, > 30 people, > USD 5mill)
• Good practical knowledge of developing WBS, Risk management, Issue management, Dependency management
• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
