Job summary

Paperspace Asia, based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of workplace design, fit-out, and construction projects from planning through handover.

You will manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants on-site. Immediate availability preferred; travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, workplace design, or project delivery.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, procurement, and on-site activities.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, quality control, safety requirements, permits, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
