Ecological Energy Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a solar farm project from mobilization through completion.

The role oversees overall project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, safety, and quality standards. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, safety, and subcontractors, manage resources, monitor progress, and report to management on milestones and risks.

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the solar farm project.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, schedules, resources, and manpower.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, safety, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage project manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling project expenses within the approved budget.
• Identify project risks, delays, issues, and constraints and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project coordination meetings and provide updates to management.
• Review project reports, work accomplishments, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, environmental standards, and applicable regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation, turnover, testing, commissioning, and completion of the project.
• Perform other project-related duties as may be assigned by management.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of a Solar Farm Project from mobilization through completion.
