About the role

WSU Group of Companies is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee real estate projects and effectively lead and manage people and project operations. You will work both in the office and in the field, leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and taking ownership of real estate projects from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage real estate projects from planning through completion
• Lead, supervise, and effectively manage project teams and personnel
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Conduct regular site inspections and field visits
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers, and internal teams
• Ensure proper manpower and resource coordination for project requirements
• Identify project issues, risks, and delays and implement timely solutions
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
• Monitor the performance and progress of project personnel and concerned parties
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and recommendations for Management

About you

• Preferably a Civil Engineer or graduate of a related course
• Solid experience in real estate properties and project management
• Experience in handling and managing people, teams, and project personnel
• Experienced in handling and coordinating real estate projects from planning to implementation
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, project teams, and other stakeholders
• Willing to conduct field work and regular site visits
• Can drive and willing to travel as required
• Valid driver's license
• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
