Job summary

HPL GameDesign in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple gaming and IT projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with designers, developers, artists, and animators, ensuring clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

You will define scope, timelines, and success metrics, monitor progress, and manage risks to keep deliverables on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of project management experience in gaming, IT, or creative production.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, animators).
• Knowledgeable in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing client deliverables and end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and game development pipelines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.

About the role
