Delta Progress Group Inc in Quezon City, Metro Manila, seeks a highly experienced Project Manager with 10+ years leading complex projects. You will apply proven PM methodologies and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage budgets and resources, mentor team members, and ensure documentation and process improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.

• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in leading and managing complex projects. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of projects and achieving strategic business objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address issues as they arise to ensure project objectives are met.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, based on project requirements.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
