Job summary

Quartzelec Ltd in the Philippines is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical engineering and rotating machinery projects across industries. You will manage projects from initial enquiry through to final completion, ensuring safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive, organized leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and forecasts, and develop technical and commercial solutions with clients

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender award through to completion and final customer close-out.
• Support the preparation of quotations and estimates by assessing project requirements, risks, and delivery timescales.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits to develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate project resources, tooling, equipment, and site requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

You will be responsible for managing projects from initial enquiry through to final completion, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, commercially successful, and exceeds customer expectations.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can take ownership of multiple projects, build strong customer relationships, and drive successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from tender award through to completion and final customer close-out.
• Support the preparation of quotations and estimates by assessing project requirements, risks, and delivery timescales.
