Job summary

Quartzelec Ltd. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical engineering and rotating machinery projects from enquiry to delivery, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage multiple projects, build strong customer relationships, monitor budgets and forecasts, and coordinate resources while attending customer meetings and site visits to deliver robust technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender award through to completion and final customer close-out.
• Support the preparation of quotations and estimates by assessing project requirements, risks, and delivery timescales.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits to develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate project resources, tooling, equipment, and site requirements to ensure successful delivery.
