Qualifications

Strong ability to report to C-level executives with risk and milestone dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end governance of CEO-led initiatives and projects.
Deliver clear status updates, risk registers, and milestone dashboards to executives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across software engineering, operations, and client success to ensure on-time delivery.
Optimize tooling and processes using Jira, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps to maintain transparency and velocity.
Monitor budgets, burn rates, and resource utilization using Earned Value Management principles.
Apply ADKAR change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems across global teams.
Map and re-engineer business processes using BPMN 2.0 prior to integration.
Oversee external partners and enforce SLA/compliance on deliverables.
Maintain a delivery framework and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

About the Role

Position Overview & Role ContextWe are hiring for 1 open position for a Mid-Senior Project Manager embedded directly within the Office of the CEO in our Philippines office, operating under a hybrid work arrangement. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you will serve as the strategic execution engine for major digital initiatives, cross-functional integration programs, and business optimization efforts. This is a high-visibility role designed for a project management professional who balances structured methodology with fast-paced operational agility.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Governance

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority CEO-led initiatives and software deployment projects.

C-Suite Reporting

Prepare and deliver clear status updates, risk registers, and milestone tracking dashboards directly to the CDO and executive leaders.

Delivery Orchestration

Manage cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, operations, and client success to ensure on-time delivery.

Tooling & Process Optimization

Utilize Jira Software Enterprise, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps to maintain high delivery velocity and tracking transparency.

Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and resource utilization using Earned Value Management principles.

Change Management

Apply ADKAR methodology to ensure smooth operational adoption of new systems and business processes across global teams.

Process Engineering

Utilize BPMN 2.0 standards to map, audit, and re-engineer business processes prior to technical integration.

Proactively identify technical, resource, or scope risks, presenting pre-analyzed solution scenarios to stakeholders.

Oversee external technical partners and vendors to enforce strict adherence to SLAs and contractual deliverables.
