Colliers International Philippines, Inc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives. You will oversee EHS leadership, review contracts, manage scope, time, quality and cost, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure compliance and on‑time delivery.
The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience, including leading teams and handling multiple priorities under pressure.
Provide Leadership Stewardship on project Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for a safe delivery of the project.
Review the Construction Contract between Owner and Main Contractor and manage the project in accordance to clauses and sub-clauses of the main contract, SoW or Scope of Works and Terms of References issued by the Client. As necessary, review any potential scope creeps that may affect cost and time value of the project.
Manage - Time, Quality and Budget of the project, including awareness on cost implications of potential and/or approved change orders of the project.
Act within the Colliers Business Ethics at all times.
Provide mentoring and leadership role to the support team assigned in the project, including necessary advises, corrections and peer review.
Review, discuss and agree with Client on any Project Manager's Instructions (PMI), Site Instructions (SI) and Confirmation of Verbal Instructions (CVI) that may result to scope changes and/or change orders.
Evaluate, review and circulate payment recommendations to the Client- of contractor's progress billings and change order claims
Review, discuss and obtain approval of any Change Order Claims. Manage the Change Order Process of the project.
Provide daily updates to Colliers-HOD.
Manage the financial aspects of the project in respect to awarded cost in the Bill of Quantities, limits of change order, change order management and overruns.
Anticipate and resolve any seen risks or unresolved issues of the project in a timely manner with the project stakeholders.
Lead Project Meetings and any breakout meetings required of the project every working week.
Review of Approved Designs or issued For Construction Drawings (A& E- Architectural and Engineering Drawings) of the project and inspect compliances of "the Works" by the General Contractor or Sub Contractor.
Issue any instructions needed to the General Contractor or Sub Contractor, subject to the awareness and/or approval of the HOD or the Client.
Ensure all project-related files are available in the PjM Team Sharepoint Project File Folder.
Review all testing and commissioning methods for endorsement to design consultants or building engineers and inspectors.
Ensure the implementation of handover process (including handover of documents- warranties, as built plans, commissioning certificates, taking over certificates, close-out report, final account, etc) in respect to the Colliers Procedural Checklist- Project Close-out.
Conduct a Project Close-out Report and Lesson-learned Report at the end of the project.
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline, such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
At least 5 years of total work experience, with more than 3 years of experience in Project Management
Experienced in handling contractors and coordinating project requirements
Has experience in leading or managing a team of Project Managers
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
