Job summary

Joeun Partners International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager on a contract basis to lead on-site execution for the Pampanga project.

You will own planning, progress reporting, and site control, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality in a demanding environment. Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of construction experience, with 3–4 years in a CM or senior site role, and a strong command of scheduling tools such as MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of construction experience with 3–4 years in CM or senior site role on commercial/infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination across clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 and standard reporting formats.

Responsibilities

• Plan, sequence and drive full-cycle site execution from mobilization through turnover.
• Exercise full site control; supervise trades and subcontractors and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor progress vs baseline schedule; identify slippage and implement recovery.
• Prepare and issue regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams on program, quality and safety.
• Review drawings and approvals; coordinate technical queries with the design team.
• Oversee site safety, housekeeping and quality control with QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Manage site manpower, equipment and material logistics to maintain productivity.
• Represent the company in site meetings and progress reviews.
• Work extended hours and weekends as required by milestones.

Position Summary

Joeun Partners International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a contract basis, based in Pampanga. The Construction Manager will take full ownership of on-site execution at the Pampanga Project, covering planning, progress reporting, and complete site control. The role requires close, proactive communication with all project stakeholders and the ability to perform reliably in a demanding site environment with extended working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, sequence, and drive full-cycle site execution from mobilization through turnover, in line with the approved project schedule and construction methodology.
2. Exercise full site control; Supervise all trades and subcontractors, enforce work sequencing, and resolve site-level conflicts before they impact progress.
3. Monitor progress against the baseline schedule; Identify slippage early and implement recovery plans.
4. Prepare and issue regular progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management and stakeholders, covering physical progress, manpower, resources, and issues requiring escalation.
5. Coordinate and communicate proactively with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to keep all parties aligned on program, quality, and safety expectations.
6. Review and enforce compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings; Coordinate technical queries and RFIs with the design team.
7. Oversee site safety, housekeeping, and quality control in coordination with the QA/QC and HSE teams.
8. Manage site manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain productivity targets.
9. Represent the company in site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
10. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding site environment, including extended working hours and weekend work as required by project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of construction experience, with at least 3-4 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management role on commercial or infrastructure projects.
3. Demonstrated track record in project execution, planning, progress reporting, and full site control.
4. Strong stakeholder communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate across clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
5. Working knowledge of construction scheduling tools (Ex. MS Project or Primavera P6) and standard reporting formats.
6. PRC-licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
7. Willingness and ability to work extended hours and in physically demanding site conditions.
