Job summary

SVR Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a Wireless Solutions Design Engineer to plan, design, and optimize LTE/5G wireless networks for telecom operators and enterprise clients. You will develop end-to-end designs, present solutions, and prepare TSSR/SOW/BOQ documents.

The role requires strong LTE/5G RAN and RF knowledge, familiarity with Huawei equipment, and solid documentation/presentation skills. Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Communications Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of LTE/5G RAN architecture and RF fundamentals.
• Familiar with Huawei equipment.
• BOQ preparation for wireless equipment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end wireless network designs (LTE/5G RAN) for expansion and new site build.
• Present technical solutions to customers and manage technical clarifications.
• Prepare TSSR, SOW, BOQ, and high-level/low-level design documents.
• Provide technical solutions for site upgrades, new builds, and network expansions.
• Validate material requirements and ensure designs follow engineering standards.
• Support Wireless TSSR survey, survey reports and installation checks.
• Provide engineering support during installation, testing, and acceptance.
• Recommend hardware, antenna, or configuration adjustments.

A Wireless Solutions Design Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing wireless communication networks such as 4G/LTE, 5G systems. The role ensures that the proposed wireless solutions meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements of telecom operators, enterprise clients, and network integrators.
