You will plan, execute, and close programs with a focus on delivering value on time and within budget, while engaging stakeholders and guiding diverse teams. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of PM experience, plus credentials like PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in ICT.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at STRATEGICSYNERGY, INC. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the Information and Communication Technology sector, with a focus on programme and project management. This role is strategically important to our organisation, as it ensures that our technology initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business objectives forward through effective project delivery and stakeholder management.

What we0re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within the Information and Communication Technology sector

• Professional project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent credential

• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams

• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach

• Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control

• Experience managing complex technology projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders

• Knowledge of ICT industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Filipino
