Millennium Erectors Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced MEPFS Site Supervisor to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and sanitary works on-site from mobilization to turnover.
The role requires a licensed engineer with 5–7 years in MEPFS site supervision and project execution, strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, and proven ability to coordinate cross-discipline teams and resolve field issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed engineer and with good standing
5-7 years experience in MEPFS site supervision & project execution for residential, commercial, industrial, government, or corporate projects
Strong working knowledge of MEPFS systems, materials, installation methods, codes, and standards
Preferably with established working relationships with MEPFS subcontractors and material suppliers
Hands-on 3-5 years site operations experience required
Leadership skills; able to coordinate cross-discipline teams and resolve field issues
Must be willing to travel/relocate within or outside Metro Manila (within Luzon)

Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary works on-site from mobilization to turnover
Review MEPFS drawings, specs, and scope; ensure constructability and alignment with design intent
Supervise MEPFS subcontractors; monitor progress, quality, schedule adherence, and workmanship
Coordinate with design consultants, project management, and other engineering disciplines to resolve conflicts and technical issues
Inspect installations, witness testing & commissioning, and ensure compliance with codes, safety, and project standards
Manage MEPFS material delivery, inspection, storage, and consumption; validate quantities vs progress
Prepare site progress reports, inspection records, RFI responses, and as-built documentation
Lead MEPFS section during project inspections, client walkthroughs, and handover
