We are seeking adaptable, driven, and detail-oriented Project Management Officer to lead and execute key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will spearhead end-to-end project lifecycles, taking ownership from initial conceptualization and scoping through execution, deployment, and post-implementation review.
You will partner closely with key business divisions such as Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Operations to drive continuous improvement, software implementations, and cross-functional process optimizations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience handling business or technical finance projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Business Process Improvement / Re-engineering
- Software Project Implementation / Systems Integration
- Operational or Functional Process Implementations within HR, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or Operations
- Strong proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with established project management methodologies (PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus).
- 100% willing to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig during day shift hours.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical project execution plans.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle from idea generation, feasibility assessment, business case development, planning, execution, and deployment to post-launch optimization.
- Process & Software Implementation: Lead business process improvement (BPI) initiatives and/or software deployment projects across various functional teams (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Operations).
- Methodology Application: Utilize proven project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma) and standard tooling to structure project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Effectiveness Review & Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-implementation performance metrics, conduct post-mortems, gather end-user feedback, and execute necessary project revisions or iterative enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact across various internal business divisions and external vendors, facilitating alignment, managing expectations, and resolving project roadblocks.
- Risk & Scope Management: Identify potential project risks early, develop robust mitigation plans, manage scope changes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and executive dashboards to keep leadership informed of project health.
