Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the Head of Projects in delivering multiple projects with effective resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. You will help establish project management standards and drive cross-functional process improvements.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to implement software solutions and ensure projects align with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience handling business or technical finance projects.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of: Business Process Improvement / Re-engineering; Software Project Implementation / Systems Integration; Operational or Functional Process Implementations within HR, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or Operations.
• Strong proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
• 100% willing to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig during day shift hours.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical project execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Projects on leading, mentoring, and managing a team of project managers.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects.
• Assist Head of Project on establishing and maintaining project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project priorities and objectives.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the Project Management function.
• Support organizational change management related to projects.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes, and track action items.
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboard.

The Project Management Associate will support the Head of Projects in overseeing multiple projects and project managers, ensuring effective project delivery, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. The role will also contribute to establishing project management standards, improving processes, and ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.

You will partner closely with key business divisions such as Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Operations to drive continuous improvement, software implementations, and cross-functional process optimizations.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience handling business or technical finance projects or open to fresh graduates with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Business Process Improvement / Re‑engineering
• Software Project Implementation / Systems Integration
• Operational or Functional Process Implementations within HR, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or Operations
