Job Summary

The Project Manager Associate is responsible for driving the daily execution of both Odoo ERP implementation and internal web development projects alongside the Junior Project Manager. This role requires excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. The Project Manager Associate ensures projects move from conception to successful delivery by managing daily timelines, prioritizing tasks, making tactical decisions, and strictly monitoring deliverables so that business requirements and high-quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• With at least 3 months of internship to 1 year of experience in a Project Management role specifically coordinating or supporting software or web development projects.
• With hands-on experience assisting implementation or customization projects.
• Ability to create test plans, conduct quality assurance (QA) testing, and manage bug-tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge and familiarity using project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to take precise meeting minutes and capture action items.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Demonstrable experience with projects involving the Laravel PHP and vue.js framework is a plus.
• Experience in Odoo project implementation is a plus.
• Certifications: Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
