Job summary

  • Solid PMO experience with exposure to governance, stakeholder management, risk management and delivery oversight.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end project management from initiation through completion.
  • Experience creating and managing project documentation: SOW, BRD, project plans and governance docs.
  • Ability to define, track and report project metrics, KPIs and success measures.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proactive risk identification and solutioning.
  • High level of accountability, ownership and attention to detail.
  • Healthcare IT environment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare implementation projects across multiple business functions. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

This position requires strong leadership, project planning expertise, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment while driving projects to completion within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, align, and communicate project goals, scope, and objectives.

  • Identify project timelines, resource requirements, task dependencies, and implementation plans.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.

  • Lead project execution using established project management methodologies and tools.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Training, Technology, Telecommunications, Human Capital, and other business partners.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, work orders, project plans, issue logs, lessons learned, risk assessments, and project closure documents.

  • Build and lead high-performing project teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required Qualifications

    • Statements of Work (SOW)

    • Business Requirements Documents (BRD)

    • Project plans and governance documentation

  • Demonstrated ability to define, track, and report on project metrics, KPIs, and success measures.

  • Proven capability in driving project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.

  • High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail in managing project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background or experience in Healthcare and/or IT environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams is highly desirable.
