• Project Supervision – Supervise daily HVAC project activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Project Monitoring – Monitor project progress, materials, equipment, manpower, and completion schedules.
• Documentation and Reporting – Prepare daily accomplishment reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and other required project documents.
• Quality Control – Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordination and Communication – Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, suppliers, and other contractors regarding project concerns.
• Troubleshooting – Identify technical problems and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure smooth project operations.
