Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Project In Charge (ECE) to join our Engineering team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing and managing electrical and electronic engineering projects from conception through completion. As Project In Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our company's success, as you will act as the primary point of contact between our clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of electrical and electronic engineering projects, from initial design through implementation and commissioning
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and compliance records
Supervise and coordinate the work of technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors involved in project delivery
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and industry standards
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and conflicts to minimise delays and cost overruns
Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety regulations, electrical codes, and environmental requirements
Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals for new projects as required
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment and materials within approved budgets
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification in Electronics Engineering
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in managing electrical or electronic engineering projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and electronic installations
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design and analysis software
Knowledge of MS Project or similar project management applications
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, power generation, telecommunications, or infrastructure development is preferred
