Job summary

Net Pacific, Inc. in Paranaque City seeks a skilled Project In Charge (ECE) to oversee electrical and electronic engineering projects from conception through completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a PE license with 1–2 years of project experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MS Project is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• 1–2 years' experience in managing electrical/electronic projects.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution and control systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design/analysis software like AutoCAD/ETAP/MS Project
• Experience in manufacturing, power, telecom, or infrastructure preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases from design to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet financial constraints.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including specifications and reports.
• Supervise technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks against design specs.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders with regular updates.
• Identify and resolve risks and conflicts to minimise delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers to procure equipment within budgets.
