Job summary

11FTC in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to lead project development and delivery for client-driven initiatives.

The role focuses on coordinating site activities, ensuring proper installation per approved layouts, and maintaining alignment between on-site operations and project management teams in Novaliches. A strong background in civil/construction projects and hands-on site oversight is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil/construction.
• Willing to work in Novaliches.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced in Civil/Construction/Structural.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop overall project development and delivery strategies in alignment with the client and deliver projects within the performance metrics.
• Responsible for effective implementation of all site activities and operations.
• Maintain proper installation at site in accordance with the approved layouts.
• Responsible for the coordination between project site and project management team (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Prepare daily accomplishment report.
