MFT International Corporation seeks a Project In Charge to oversee day-to-day warehouse construction operations, ensuring work aligns with plans, budget, and schedule. Report to the Project Manager and supervise on-site teams for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree with 3–5 years on-site supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project or AutoCAD. Travel to site will be required.
The Project In Charge will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse construction project, ensuring activities are carried out according to the project plan, budget, and schedule. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will be responsible for managing on-site activities, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and timelines
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and site personnel
Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment
Ensure that construction adheres to approved plans, specifications, and building codes
Enforce safety standards and protocols on-site
Conduct regular quality checks to verify that work meets required standards
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for contractors and suppliers
Relay updates, challenges, and recommendations to the Project Manager
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials usage, and workforce allocation
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
At least 3–5 years of experience in on-site supervision, preferably in warehouse or industrial construction projects
Proven track record of successfully managing site operations and teams
Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and technical drawings
Knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and safety regulations
Proficient in construction management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the construction site
