Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Project Hire Employee for Data Center Operations to monitor batch processing and support Production and UAT environments. You will serve as the first level of support for batch issues and coordinate with local and remote teams to resolve them, while ensuring security and accuracy of reports and embossing processes.

The role requires a related degree and openness to shifting schedules, with emphasis on solving problems, accuracy, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Experience with Power Automate or RPA tools is a plus.
• Problem solving, troubleshooting and incident management required.
• Able to shift schedules, graveyard shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute batch processing for Production and UAT.
• Provide first level support for batch issues and coordinate resolutions.

• Review run guides and ensure schedules are executed as planned.

• Assist in implementing new programs per procedures and run guides.

Job Title: Project Hire Employee- Data Center Operations

Office Location: UB Plaza, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines, (Headquarters)

Employment Type: Project Hire (11 months)

About The Role

Responsible for monitoring and executing batch processing activities for Production and UAT applications to ensure timely and accurate job completion. Provides first-level support for batch processing issues, coordinates with application support teams for resolution, and ensures adherence to operational procedures and run guides. Maintains the integrity, security, and completeness of system-generated reports, files, and card embossing processes. Collaborates with users on processing concerns, supports the implementation of new programs, and upholds the Bank's information security, data protection, and computer room security standards at all times.

What You'll Do

• Production and UAT applications under his shift and execute as needed.
• Reviews various run guides/checklist used in the daily batch processing runs to make sure that all job schedules in his shift are done as scheduled.
• Acts as first level support in finding resolutions to batch processing problems and coordinates with application programmers both local and foreign for the ultimate resolution.
• Ensures data, hardware and manpower security in the computer room area and implements good housekeeping practices in his shift.
• Ensure complete daily pin mailers and institute security and control of embossing files of various debit and credit cards.
• Coordinates with various users especially on issues or problems arising from batch processing or job execution.
• Responsible in the implementation of new programs based on approved procedures and run guides.
• Reviews completeness of Production and UAT generated reports and files and report any irregularities to the Line Manager.
• Understand and adhere to the security standards in accordance with the Bank's Information Security Policy
• Protect information security assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
• Open to fresh graduates
• Preferably has simple automation experience in Power Automate or experience in Job Automation and Batch Processing, RPA or Certification for RPA tools like UIPath
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting, Attention to Detail, Incident & Incident Escalation Management, Time Management & Dependency Awareness, System Control and basic Automation
• Amenable to shifting schedules, graveyard shifts and overtime as needed.
