Responsibilities

• Conduct geological surveys and sampling to identify.
• Collect and manage geological data from exploration, drilling, and mining activities.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of geological information.
• Supervise and guide field crews in geological sampling and data collection.
• Provide guidance on geological methods, safety procedures, and operational techniques.
• Assess and interpret geological data to determine the size, quality, and distribution of mineral resources.
• Collect, analyze, and report on rock, soil, and core samples to identify composition and grade of mineral resources.
• Develop and update geological models to estimate size, shape, and grade of ore bodies.
• Provide geological input for mine planning and design, including pit optimization and underground development.
• Implement and manage grade control programs to ensure the accurate extraction of ore and minimize dilution.
