KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to support project financial operations for ICT projects in the Philippines. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring alignment between project outcomes, budget expectations, and financial KPIs.

You will work closely with project managers, sales, delivery, procurement, and collections to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and strict adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, project controlling, or management.
• At least 3 years of experience in project finance/project controlling, preferably in ICT, telecommunications, or technology projects.
• Experience managing the financial aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with project managers, commercial teams, procurement, and senior management.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in project financial operation management of ICT projects.
• Prepare project-based budgets reflecting contract scopes and bidding estimations.
• Produce monthly financial forecasts and analyses to monitor budget variance and KPIs.
• Liaise with sales, delivery, procurement and collection teams to monitor sales and delivery processes and ensure proper documentation for payment and invoicing.
• Ensure delivery operations comply with the company’s financial management and internal control regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in a project financial operation management of a major sales and delivery of ICT projects; should understand the nature of business and be able to contribute to the financial management improvement strategy to achieve long-term business goals
• Responsible for preparing project-based budgets according to the company’s standard and original bidding estimation, ensuring all products and services covered by contract scopes are reflected in the project budget
• Produce monthly financial forecast and analysis to monitor budget variance, to produce budget baseline and monitor the execution, ensure consistency between operation result, budget expectation and achievement of the project’s predetermined financial KPIs, support controllable cost reduction to improve project profitability
• Liaise closely with business teams (including sales, delivery, procurement and collection team) to monitor the sales and delivery process, to ensure proper project delivery and documentation for the payment, sales invoicing and collections
• Ensure project delivery operation is compliant to the company’s financial management and internal control regulations
