Radii Global is seeking a CPA to oversee financial performance for contracts and project work in Metro Manila. You will manage forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, controls, and month-end closing to support accurate profitability tracking.
You will work with Project Managers and Delivery Executives to ensure revenue recognition, project costing, and timely financial insights, while maintaining strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to oversee the financial performance and effectiveness of assigned contracts and project work numbers. The role will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, financial controls, month-end closing, and analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Delivery/Project Executives (DPEs) to ensure accurate financial forecasting, revenue and cost recognition, project profitability, and timely financial reporting.
Take ownership of the financial performance and efficacy of assigned contracts/project work numbers.
Perform financial planning and management activities, including financial forecasting, actuals reporting, financial analysis, reconciliation, financial controls, and month-end closing.
Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and actual financial results for assigned projects.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with Project Managers and DPEs to assess backlog revenue and OPV for forecasting purposes.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of project revenue, costs, and expenses recorded in the financial systems.
Monitor project financial performance against forecasts, budgets, and actuals.
Ensure all financial forecasts are properly reviewed, validated, and loaded into IPPF on or before the monthly cut-off.
Perform regular financial deep dives with Project Managers and DPEs to identify variances, financial risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze project profitability and identify key drivers impacting revenue, costs, margins, and GP.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA / Certified Public Accountant qualification is required.
Typically 3–7 years of relevant experience in project finance, management accounting, financial controlling, contract finance, or a similar role.
Experience managing financials for projects, contracts, or work numbers is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project costing, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
Experience working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, or business stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of P&L, revenue, costs, expenses, gross profit, and variance analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial systems/ERP platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
