Polematrix Systems & Construction, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to promote products and services, generate leads, and manage inquiries across digital and traditional channels.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and delivery commitments while supporting branding and market expansion efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Basic knowledge of customer service and account coordination.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Shopee and Lazada seller platforms.
Familiarity with social media selling using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and product promotion.
Experience in a similar industry (power, electrical, and telecom) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate leads, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up sales opportunities across online and offline channels.
Assist customers with product information, quotations, order requirements, and sales transactions to support customer acquisition and sales conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Promote products and services through social media, online marketplaces, digital platforms, and other sales and marketing channels.
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities to increase market visibility and sales opportunities.
Create and maintain product listings, promotional materials, and marketing content to support sales and branding initiatives.
Recommend new product lines based on identified customer needs.
Manage product listings, pricing updates, and sales information across sales channels, including online marketplaces and company-managed platforms.
Track sales performance, customer inquiries, product movement, and sales trends across various sales channels.
Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and sales activity summaries for management review.
