Meralco Energy, Inc. (MSERV) is looking for a Project Execution Engineer in Pasig, Philippines, to ensure timely on-site activities and adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.

You will validate site requirements, drawings, and construction methods, coordinating with teams to ensure efficient progress. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a valid engineering license, and 1–2 years of construction or related industry experience.

Formación

• Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Preferably licensed engineer.
• 1–2 years in construction or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors timeliness, quality, safety compliance, and cost limit of construction activities.
• Implements risk mitigating measures to prevent construction hazards.
• Coordinates with EHS on-site health and safety practices.
• Supervises crew supervisors and subcontractors to ensure standards and code compliance.
• Generates daily project progress reports and monthly progress billings.
• Prepares and tracks materials; issues PRs/PRFs for manpower on site.
• Coordinates with warehouse on material availability and stock levels.
• Prepares incident reports for missing items and under-budgeted materials in the BOQ.
• Oversees as-built drawings and on-site test readiness.

The Project Execution Engineer will be responsible for the timely execution of daily project site activities. S/he will validate site requirements, approved drawings, and construction methodologies and ensure that site works follow project timeline, safety, and quality measures.

Job Description:

• Monitors timeliness, quality, safety compliance, and cost limit of construction activities.
• Implements risk mitigating measures to prevent construction hazards.
• Conducts regular material tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations for civil works.
• Implements health and safety practices on-site in coordination with EHS Officer.
• Supervises crew supervisors, assistant crew supervisors, skilled laborers, and subcontractors (if any) to ensure standards and code compliance.
• Generates daily project progress reports and monthly progress billings.
• Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR) for all materials, major equipment, and Personnel Request Form (PRF) for needed manpower on site.
• Monitors materials and coordinates with warehouse personnel to ensure availability of materials on site.
• Prepares incident report for missing items and under-budgeted materials in the Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
• Prepares and supervises as-build drawings.
• Conducts all activities based on Mechanical checklist prior to Testing and Commissioning of equipment.
• Ensure all test equipment are calibrated.

Education, Licenses and Certificates:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in any Engineering course or equivalent
• Preferably Licensed Engineer
• At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in construction or any related industry.
