Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on site supervision experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction in the Philippines.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in reading structural, architectural, and MEP shop drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel for site quantity computations and progress monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Tagalog/local dialect to effectively manage site foremen and trade crews.
