Job summary

Gigaworkz Technologies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead fire protection and auxiliary projects for key clients.

You will manage project manpower, coordinate with Sales/Technical teams, and provide pre-sales engineering support. The role requires a professional engineering license, long field experience, travel willingness, and hands-on expertise with security and surveillance products such as biometrics and CCTV.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Professional License in the engineering disciplines listed (Civil, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent).
• At least 13 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably 1–4 years as an Engineer in electrical or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience with security and surveillance products such as biometrics, CCTV, PABX, and access control.
• At least 1 year of field experience in related projects; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Manpower in Fire protection & Auxiliary for key clients (Project Engineer).
• Oversee Project Engineers in various projects (Project Supervisor/Project Manager).
• Coordinate with Sales/Technical team on project design, issues, and concerns.
• Provide pre-sales engineering support with a solid understanding of security, automation, and surveillance solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot defective products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, and Access Control.
• Assist the sales team on technical concerns during proposals and demos.
• Handle or assist in different company projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 13Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• With knowledge and experience in security and surveillance products such as Biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Automation products, Wireless communication, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms and alike.
• With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field especially in electronic configuration and trouble shooting
• Knowledgeable in creating estimates and bill of materials is an added advantage
• Experience in project management is an added advantage
• Willing to work in the field and travel
• With driver’s license is an added advantage.
