A professional services firm based in Rizal is seeking a Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer to lead the surveying team. Responsibilities include planning and conducting surveys, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• Experience with various surveying equipment is required.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of surveying aides.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions depending on project site requirements.
• Willing to travel frequently to different project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities of the geodetic surveying team.
• Conduct surveys to determine exact positions and elevations.
• Collect and validate survey data using equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safekeeping of all surveying instruments.
• Analyze and interpret collected data to ensure compliance with project specifications and geodetic standards.
• Verify the accuracy of mathematical calculations related to survey work.
• Prepare survey plans, drawings, and technical documents for project use and submission.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding survey results and project status.
• Assist in project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
• Identify and resolve potential survey issues before they affect project timelines or quality.
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure timely delivery of survey outputs.
• Ensure the surveying team complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
