Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in electrical and solar field operations across multi-site, multi‑shift projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV and electrical installation standards, testing, commissioning, QC inspection and sign‑offs.
• Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate quickly, and meet tight deadlines.

• Manage double-shift operations (day/night) to optimize resources, ensure smooth handovers, and maximize productivity.

• Enforce strict quality standards with a Zero Punch-List approach, achieving 98% first-pass yield.

• Monitor project WIP and financial throughput, ensuring timely completions and maximizing billable revenue.

• Uphold professional standards in safety, confidentiality, and accountability.
  

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electrical and solar field operations, with a proven track record of managing fast-paced, multi-site, and multi-shift projects.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of solar PV and electrical installation standards, testing and commissioning, QC inspection and sign-off protocols, and real-time project tracking tools.

• Soft Skills: Strong command and coordination skills, with the ability to lead field teams, resolve issues quickly, and maintain performance under strict deadlines.

• Personal Attributes: Results-driven “finisher” mentality, with a strong focus on operational speed, safety, quality, and achieving Zero Punch List completion.

• Mobility: Must be 100% field-mobile and willing to oversee site operations, night‑shift transitions, troubleshooting, and final client handovers.
