Job summary

ROTAFLEX CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee engineering projects, organize proposals, forecast costs, plan manpower, and schedule activities on site.

You will monitor progress, prepare design and technical plans for rebar works, and ensure QA/QC compliance with client specifications. PRC licensure is a plus; willing to work in NCR or provincial sites and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related course.
• Knowledgeable in cost & materials estimations, manpower planning & scheduling.
• Computer literate with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in NCR or Provinces.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates project schedules by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
• Develops methods to address problems to avoid delays in construction.
• Provides design and technical plans for frameworks or rebar works and formworks.
• Monitors preparation of formworks and reinforced concrete structures for strength and rigidity.
• Verifies material documentation and conducts site inspections for quality compliance.
• Leads QA/QC processes and collaboration with Client's technical staff.
